OVERVIEW
This website is operated by The Art Vibe. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Art Vibe. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you use our services and agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account, billing and shipping information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We try to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions and images accurately, but appearance may vary by device and minor variations may occur. Products and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues or shipping restrictions.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and successfully process payment. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method. You are responsible for reviewing your order and delivery address before submitting it.

4. PRICES, TAXES AND DUTIES
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties or import fees may be added where applicable and will be shown or collected as required. Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, peak periods, address errors or events outside our reasonable control. Tracking information will be provided when available. Please contact us promptly if an order is delayed, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be located.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the site or our products for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes; interfere with site security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy site content at scale; impersonate another person; or infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or third parties.

The site’s text, graphics, branding, layout and original content are owned by or licensed to The Art Vibe and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping. Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, fulfillment, shipping or other services. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any rights you have against us under applicable law.

10. DISCLAIMER
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be error-free. Product-specific warranties, if any, will be stated on the relevant product page.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Art Vibe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections.

12. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify The Art Vibe against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information as needed to operate the store, fulfill orders, prevent fraud and provide customer support.

15. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where The Art Vibe is established, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or region.
