Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To request a return, email keeponggrn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return authorization
Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us. Because our products may ship from different fulfillment locations, the correct return address will be provided after your request is approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and we will work with you on a replacement or refund. Original shipping charges and customs duties are not refundable unless required by law.

Non-returnable items
Personalized or custom items, gift cards, final-sale items, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders that have already entered processing or fulfillment may not be cancellable.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact keeponggrn@gmail.com.
